Create & Be Studio was built to hold culture.
We exist for intentional gatherings — spaces where ideas are exchanged, art is honored, conversations matter, and community grows.

This studio is for people who care about what they’re building.

Capacity
• Maximum 30 guests at any time.
• Host is responsible for monitoring guest count.
Event Time
• Your reserved time includes setup and breakdown.
• Additional setup time must be booked in advance.
• Overtime is billed at $100 per hour.
We respect time, yours and ours. :)
Alcohol
• BYOB is permitted (all guests must be 21+)
• Alcohol may not be sold unless you have valid licensing through the state of PA
• Host assumes full responsibility for guest conduct.
Decor & Space Care
We ask all hosts to honor the integrity of the studio.
Not permitted:
• Glitter or confetti
• Open flames (candles, sparklers)
• Wall damage
• Smoke machines or fog
• Anything that stains floors or walls
All decor must be removed at the end of your booking. If excessive cleaning is required, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged.
Noise & Music
• Music must remain at a reasonable level.
• No DJs or amplified sound systems without prior approval.
• No ticketed public parties without written approval.
Damages
Host (you) is financially responsible for any damages to the space, furnishings, or artwork during their booking.
Cancellations
• Deposits and Payments are non-refundable.
• One-time reschedule permitted with at least 7 days notice (subject to availability).
• No-shows forfeit payment.
